Can I use a generated letter as official proof?
A letter is a statement from whoever signs it. An employment verification letter should be signed by the employer, and a proof of funds letter carries the most weight when your bank issues it. Self-prepared letters are usually accepted alongside supporting documents like bank statements or tax returns.
