Community referral directory

If you submit a referral, we store your provider, product type, referral link, optional display name, and email. After you confirm your email, your link and optional display name appear publicly, including in the rotated-out archive. Your email and confirmation token are never displayed publicly. We use your email for submission confirmation, not to subscribe you to marketing. We store keyed hashes of submission email and IP address to limit abuse; rate-limit records older than seven days are removed during subsequent submissions. Contact us to request removal of your listing and associated submission information. Referral applications happen on the provider’s site and are governed by its privacy policy.

If you request a referral availability alert, we store your private email and selected provider/product filters. You must confirm your email before the alert activates. We send one email when a new matching referral is confirmed, then stop that alert. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email. We keep private delivery records to avoid duplicate messages and retry failed sends.

1.2 Financial Information (User-Consented)

When an individual chooses to connect a financial account, we access financial data only with explicit user consent. This may include:

• Account names and types
• Transaction history
• Account balances

We do not collect or store bank login credentials.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• IP address
• Device and browser type
• Usage activity related to the Service

This data is used for security, reliability, and service improvement.

3. How Income Verification Works

IncomeChecker generates informational income verification reports based on user-authorized financial data. Reports summarize income patterns and historical deposits.

IncomeChecker:

• Does not make decisions, recommendations, approvals, or denials
• Does not provide credit scores or eligibility assessments
• Provides factual summaries only

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal or financial data.

We may share information only:

• With service providers who help operate the Service under confidentiality obligations

Financial data is shared only as authorized by the individual.
