Frequently asked questions
Does this include interest?
This draft assumes no additional interest or fees accrue under the plan. If either party requires ongoing interest, use terms and a schedule that calculate it correctly.
What happens if a payment is missed?
Write the agreed notice and resolution process in the missed-payment field. This template does not automatically add fees or accelerate the debt.
Is the last payment smaller?
When the balance is not a multiple of the installment, the final payment is the remaining balance. The generator calculates the payment count and final amount.
