Ohio State vs. Michigan squares
The Game, Thanksgiving weekend. Set up a free squares pool, send the link to your group chat, and settle the house-divided arguments one quarter at a time.
How the online pool works
Step 1
Create the pool
Name it, pick the teams and the price per square, and choose how the pot is paid out.
Step 2
Share one link
Send it to the group chat. Each person types their name and taps the squares they want.
Step 3
Draw the numbers
When the board is full, draw random digits 0–9 for each team, or type in your own. The board locks.
Step 4
Enter the scores
After each quarter or game, type in the score. The winning square lights up for everyone.
Saturday, November 28, 2026 · Ohio Stadium · Noon ET on FOX
The Game is in Columbus this year, two days after Thanksgiving. Families are still together and the group chat is already loud, which makes it the perfect week to fill a 100-square board.
Run it for the whole family
Squares are pure luck once the numbers are drawn, so Buckeyes and Wolverines fans play on even ground. Add a join code so only your group can pick, turn on approval to confirm who has paid, and add your Venmo or Cash App so everyone pays in one tap.

FAQ
When is Ohio State vs. Michigan in 2026?
Saturday, November 28, 2026, at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, with a noon ET kickoff on FOX.
Which team goes across the top?
The pool starts with Ohio State, the home team, across the top and Michigan down the side. Tap Swap before you create the pool to flip them.
Do college squares work the same as NFL squares?
Yes. Only the last digit of each team’s score counts, and most pools pay at the end of each quarter. Touchdowns and field goals score the same way, so the same digits tend to come up most.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no per-grid fee and no account needed. Create the pool, share the link, and run it start to finish for free. Signing in is optional and only saves the pool to your account so you can manage it from any device.
How do I share the pool with friends?
After you create the pool you get a share link. Send it by text, group chat, or email. Anyone with the link can open the board, type their name, and tap open squares. Taken squares fill in for everyone within a few seconds.
When should the numbers be drawn?
After the squares are taken, so nobody can choose a square that already has good numbers. Draw at random with one tap, or type in numbers you pulled from a hat. Once numbers are set, players can no longer change their squares.
What if someone takes a square and never pays?
Turn on approval so new picks stay pending until you approve them, mark each square paid as money comes in, and remove names that never pay. A join code keeps out anyone who was forwarded the link.
Does this collect or pay out money?
No. Add your Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal and players get a button that opens the app with their amount filled in, so money goes straight to you. The board tracks who has paid. Check the rules where you live before playing for money.
Can I use it for a fundraiser?
Yes. Set a share of the pot for your school, team, or charity, and the board shows the cause and pays winners from the rest.
