Yes. Empower’s cash advance app is now called Tilt, and referral links use tilt.com/r/.
Who can use a Tilt referral link?
Only people who have never had a Tilt account. Either account being canceled or overdue before payout can disqualify the referral.
Does a referral guarantee a bonus?

Why are some links rotated out?
