Financial due diligence on individuals,
straight from bank data
When a deal depends on what a person actually earns or holds, documents aren't evidence — bank data is. Verify income, deposit history, and account balances through a secure, subject-authorized connection. Results in minutes, $14.99 per report.
Built for teams that diligence people, not just companies
Family offices & investor onboarding
Verify a prospective partner’s or counterparty’s claimed income and liquidity before committing capital. Deposit patterns and balances from real bank data replace a folder of unverifiable PDFs.
Private & hard-money lending
Assess a borrower’s actual cash flow — every deposit source, not just W-2 wages. Works for self-employed borrowers and complex income that traditional underwriting struggles to document.
Small business acquisitions
Diligence the person behind the deal. Verify a seller’s or partner’s personal financial claims, or confirm a buyer has the funds they say they do before taking your listing off the market.
Partnerships & high-value transactions
Co-investments, joint ventures, high-value private sales: any transaction where one party’s financial representations matter and a screenshot of a bank balance isn’t good enough.
Why bank data beats collected documents
The standard diligence packet — bank statement PDFs, tax returns, a screenshot of a brokerage balance — shares one weakness: every item is a document the subject prepared or controls. Statement PDFs can be edited convincingly with widely available tools, and authenticating them is slow, manual work.
A bank-connected report inverts the model. The subject authorizes a read-only connection, and the data — months of deposits, income patterns, current and available balances — comes from the financial institution, not from a file. There is nothing to forge and nothing to authenticate. What took a week of collection and review takes minutes, and the refusal to connect is itself a signal worth having early.
Reports are transaction-based informational analysis, not consumer reports — Income Checker is not a credit bureau, runs no credit pull, and the verification has no effect on the subject's credit. See how data is secured and how the analysis works.
